Alisha Masters, FNP-BC
​
Alisha established Masters Family Medical in February 2024. She has two locations, Monterey and Jamestown, Tennessee. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years experience with an emphasis in Diabetes, Nephrology, Weight loss, Allergies and Geriatrics.
She is a graduate of Tennessee Tech. She lives in Clarkrange. She has four children and three grand-dogs. She loves music, travel and great food!

William Tyler Flowers, FNP-BC
​
William “Tyler” Flowers, a Fentress County native, is the newest Family Nurse Practitioner at Masters Family Medical. He is a 2011 and 2015 graduate of Tennessee Tech University with Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing degrees.
His 13 years of intensive care, acute care, and primary care experience have molded him into a first-rate provider. Tyler has exceptional skill in the management of cardiovascular comorbidities including diabetes, hypertension and dyslipidemia.
Outside of the office, Tyler’s greatest joys in life are found in Jesus, wife Katy, daughters Lillian and Emmalynn, UT Vols, a solid round of golf, a winning hand of Rook, and a good joke. He’s an avid outdoorsman, too, enjoying gardening, hunting, and fishing.
Marlee Hurley, LPN

Marlee brings over a decade of experience in the medical field to our team. Her experience varies from geriatrics in long-care settings to exuberant pediatrics in primary care!
Primary care in all ages has been her specialty the past seven years. Her passion is caring for all the wonderful patients in her community.

When she isn't in scrubs you can catch her at the lake with her husband and their two children, Oaklee and Parker!
Lindsay LaRue, RT(R)​
​
Lindsay is skilled in both radiology and lab work. She is a versatile healthcare professional with over 6 years of experience in hospital, urgent care, and doctor's office settings. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing top-notch patient care, she has honed her expertise in capturing high-quality images and analyzing lab results to support accurate diagnoses.

When Lindsay isn't working, she is supporting her son, Beau, at the racetrack or camping with her husband and son!
Lena Martinez, MA
​
Lena is a medical assistant with over 7 years of experience, primarily in family practice, along with a year of experience in endocrinology. Originally from Germany, she values building real connections with patients and helping them feel at ease during their visit.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Justin and their two kids, Kendrick and Ella. Her favorite things to do include relaxing with her family go shopping.

Alyssa Morgan, CNA​

Alyssa works to provide compassionate, hands-on care for patients. With a strong foundation in patient care, monitoring vitals, and clinical support, she strives to make each visit comfortable and efficient. She is passionate about creating a welcoming environment, advocating for patients, and ensuring that every individual receives the attention they deserve.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys going shopping, traveling, and spending her time with the people who are most special to her!

Vickie Wright, Receptionist and Medical Records

Vickie has over 26 years of experience helping patients with multiple tasks. Her smiling face is the first you'll see when you arrive for your appointment.
She is responsible for things such as answering the phone, scheduling, completing FMLA paperwork, filing, organizing and record keeping. Working at Masters Family Medical enables her to join our team in improving the lives of those we have the privilege to serve.
Vickie is a Clarkrange native. She is married to Micheal Wright and has two children, Scott and Kayla. In her spare time you can usually find her doing things associated with activities of her 5 grandchildren who are her pride and joy. She is looking forward to continuing to assist meeting your healthcare needs in this new chapter of our practices.
Emily Greenwood, Receptionist
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending quality time with her family and her son, Oakley. She values making memories together and enjoys unwinding with a good book or a day of shopping.

Tammy Stephens, Administrative Assistant &
Billing Specialist

Tammy has dedicated over 38 years to the medical billing profession. She has too many jobs to mention and is always ready to help in any way possible from ordering supplies, to handling billing denials.
Tammy is proud of the rewarding journey her career has allowed her, filled with learning and growth.
She is proud to have been married for 47 years and cherishes her time with her family which includes her son, grandson and great grandson. In her free time, she loves to garden and create beautiful spaces, as well as spend quality time with her loved ones.
Lavonna Smith, Insurance and Billing Specialist

Lavonna Smith has worked in the same medical office for over 46 years in the field of insurance and billing.
​
She brings a wealth of knowledge in that field to our practice. Healthcare has gone through many changes during her career.

She enjoys traveling with family and has been blessed over the years to visit all 50 states.
